Good Morning Ms. [redacted] Thank you for the letter. We have tried to resolve this issue by offering to refund the complainants money. She postedthis complaint to Face Book on Sept. 11, 2017, and I responded immediately with apologies and refund offers.She never responded, instead she filed complaints. We want to, and will happily refund her money.The employee responsible was terminated the minute we found out about the complaint. We wear gloves,not sure how it happened, but, it did. We want only to resolve this issue. 30 years in business, and never hasanything like this happened. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
 Never saw a reply on FB.....and this was immediately filed with Revdex.com.... not later! As it was reported with pics to Health Dept for inspection!  They can mail us a check to [redacted] , Tx 78666 for refund of what they think is fair!
