Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did hit the accept button by mistake and I do reject his response since he left my cabin unfinished(causing the whole metal roof to be completely unsuable) with labor paid and he took over $worth of tools that was on my Home Depot delivery which he was suppose to refund Thank you very much Regards, [redacted]

I do not dispute that I need to refund customer the stated amount for roof portion of projectI was not aware of any tools that I have of hisPlease let me know what tools he is talking about

I am rejecting this response because: I tried time and time again to give Mr *** chances to come and fix his mess(almost two months) and all I got was excuses and the problem got worse After hearing of the way he had done others in the past I was not sure if I could trust him to even return to my property I just got back yesterday and spent $on a new roof He should owe me this amount

I am rejecting this response because: I never seen or heard of any retention or to that matter even a contract These tools were never taken off any of the money I forwarded to him or check written *** told me many times he would go up and finish his job but always came up with a reason not to go and this made the problems even greater on our cabin I will be leaving tomorrow and be spending another $on my roof not to mention other repairs caused from the rain and siding not nailed on properly

I agreed to customers terms. At this point I am not sure what he is rejecting or objecting to. If his original complaint about tools is the problem it was agreed that the cost of the tools be deducted from the labor price of the building. Mr [redacted] also kept a 500 dollar retention that was not paid. At this point I am pretty open to making the customer whole which is what I agreed to on the first response.  At this point I am unsure of what he is asking for.  Please clarify.
