Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This controversy was created by the employees of The Texas TanNone of this would have occurred, if whenever I initially phoned the company, the young CHILD who answered would have displayed professional etiquette, sent the needed documentation (the contract) to me, without a hassle; and without displaying the SERIOUS need for psychiatric careI would also like to add, by Texas State law it is required for you to send me the contractI will NOT send you a copy of my ID firstWhy? Simply put-this company has already lied, manipulated the situation in the previous Revdex.com response, and been very unprofessional on FacebookYou’re displaying yourself as whiny teenage girls- but hey, what else can I expect from a company run by a bunch of little girls? Who is to say, that once I send you my ID, that you won’t simply forge my signature (if you have not already-since you already stated you had a copy of my ID), and backdate the contract? Someone within this company is OBVIOUSLY attempting to keep their job and cover their buttNot to mention-the amount of lawyers that would LOVE to know about this case of fraud. Now, let me inform you of a few things that you obviously are unaware ofFirst of all, the definition of “peaceful” is “free from disturbance”If this were the case; ***, the owner would have gotten on the case immediately and be more proactive in his businesses, instead of traveling abroad and rarely visiting the store (yes, I was given background information on how the store was run by someone who knows the company closely)If this were the case- when I phoned, the child who answered, would have been professional, forthcoming, and followed Texas State law by sending me the contracts instead of acting like a she-hulkPeaceful? That may come in time- once you do your job and clear my name.Secondly, the synonyms to “hateful” are “horrid, unpleasant” etcI’m sorry that you feel me sharing my TRUE ENCOUNTERED EXPERIENCE with the company was “hateful”, however, maybe if the company were not “hateful” and CHILDLIKE there would be no need to express my opinion (which thankfully by the United States Constitution I am allowed that freedom) that the company is hateful, foul, childlike, and unhelpful, on their REVIEWS that are in place for peoples EXPERIENCES AND OPINIONS. Thirdly, the definition of “bullying” is “use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants”So if we are going to go there- this company is directly BULLYING me by using a fraudulent account to effect my credit, threatening a lawyer when I am using my American rights (GOD BLESS THE USA!) to express my views of their companyDo I have a superior strength or influence over you? No, I don’t think soBut I do have the law on my side. Now, a lesson about Facebook; did you know when you publish a review, that it shows up on your friends’ timelines? Yeah, my friends apparently don’t like a company who attempts to shut down someone out of greed- hangs up on them times, cusses someone out, steals their identity, and the owner not call the person in questionI have no control over themJust like “Brad’s Wife” did notHowever, if you get this matter resolved in a timely manner, I will be glad to ask anyone that I personally know (a few reviewers I did not personally know) who left a review to update their review so that you can republish your pages and I will make a status on my personal profile asking people to leave your company alonePlus the internet now- absolutely loves a company to dog on, which is why people thought it was a good laugh and decided to reviewThis is the time and age where every company should be on their best behavior in customer serviceThis alone- proves “harassment” is not the case here, but you’re welcome to call that cardAny judge would laugh you out of the courtroom and see the company for the child it is; and I am quite sure my attorney would love the laugh as well- and enjoy the extra money. You see, I too, own a few businesses, but the difference is- that I know how to treat my clients, and how to train my dogs to properly bark. One other thing: Texas allows anyone to record phone calls and I have this nifty app that recorded every word of your child’s tantrumI keep this nifty app on my phone just for cases like thisYou can blame me all you want and say I did this or that-but the evidence is against you.I’ll be awaiting the contract to be uploaded, and sent to me through herePerhaps next time, your tone will be more pleasant, less condescending, more professional and provide the documents that were needed in the first placeThen, and only then, can we create your so-called idealization of “peaceful”.
Regards,
