Returning an item is very difficultI had to find the instructions and then sign a form before being allowed to return the itemThe form states that the item must be returned in the original packaging and not show any useI only tried on the item, a thumb splint, and decided to return it since it was too smallThen I packaged up the item paid the return postageThe form also states that up to 30% of the cost of the item will be deducted if the instructions are not followed I followed all instructions and when the refund was credited to my account, there was a $deduction from what I had paid, approximately $I sent back an email complaining about the deduction and asking for an explanation for the amount of deductionThere was no reply Product_Or_Service: Comfort Cool Thumb CMC restriction splint Order_Number: ***

Ordered a PediFix Visco-Gel product through [redacted] , which appears to be a counterfeit Item arrived in a little plastic bag with no direction and care instructions PediFix always packages their products in a rigid plastic container with instructions and on their packages the following is stated: 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE or your money Back." The Therapy Connection refused to let me return or exchange the item they sent (I inadvertently ordered the wrong item)

This is the most pathetic business that I have ever dealt withI thought I ordered a wrist and brace from Med Spec however, I received an email from Bonanza that I purchased from RehabSupplyShoppe The return address from the package said, HPMS,Inc,The Therapy ConnectionI ordered a medium, but was sent an exta-largeIt is IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON!!! When you do call the only option you get is to email themThe email you get back from them wants you to agree with their return policy ,which I never saw when I ordered, and refers you to the Bonanza website to review the return policy The return policy is the worst I have ever dealt with Just wanted to let you know that I received an email stating that Bonanza made a mistake in my orderIt appears that Bonanza orders go to Rehab Supply ShoppeRehab Supply has sent me an email stating " Please accept our sincere apologizes for this errorIt has come to our attention that Bonanza listed this item incorrectly" However, I went back through my emails and found this email when the product was shipped Dear [redacted] , Thank you for your order from Bonanza Rehab! this business is not being conducted in an honest professional manner I received a coflex degree angle plantar fasciitis splint which was manufactured by Corflex - only this is a copy and one that was copied badly Calling them is impossible and hearing back from them is worse when you send a note on-line I am sure there are other outlets to purchase your rehab supplies from Good luck!

This company is an Amazon seller and I would not recommend purchasing from them ("The Therapy Connection")I'm not entirely sure what their customer service model is based on, but be sure that if there's anything wrong with an item or you need to return it, they will charge at least a 20% restocking fee AND retroactively charge you a shipping costThey may even charge a 30% restocking fee if they deem it necessaryUnequivocally the worst seller I've encountered on AmazonI also noticed that they seem to fudge with the dates of their reviews so that negative reviews don't show up readilyI left feedback on Amazon a few days ago for this seller, but the feedback doesn't show up on the seller's account
I know every business has to make money to survive, but I wish The Therapy Connection wouldn't try to make money at the expense of true customer service

I returned an item to The Therapy Connection ordered through *** *** I obtained a pre-authorization for the return and followed all instructions to the letter I did not receive a refund, The Therapy Connection said they did not receive the item I have provided them a USPS receipt several times - with tracking number along with the matching tracking # on a detailed receipt showing item picked up 10/in my hometown, delivering on 10:at 1:pm to Windham NH, where The Therapy Connection is locatedThey repeatedly denied receiving my email proof and deny that I have left them messages I have submitted sufficient and reasonable proof that I returned the item A reputable company would assume that it's more likely that their employee accidentally did not log the return rather th
