Attached are copies of the bill of sale, warranty and repair orders for the subject vehicleThe vehicle was sold with a Thompson day mile power train warranty(attachment 1).Repair Order [redacted] ; This is a repair order documenting the work done in our facility prior to offering the vehicle for saleThis included new tires and new PA state inspection and emissions inspection, which would mean all suspension and steering components passedOur cost was $1025.33.Repair Order [redacted] : On 2/the customer complained of a noiseWe picked up the customer's vehicle and our technician diagnosed the noise as a wheel bearing, which we replaced and a brake caliperThere was no charge to the customer; our internal cost was $We did this in the interest of customer good will/satisfaction.Repair Order [redacted] : On 3/customer again complained of a noise coming from the hoodAlthough this is again no covered under his warranty we repaired the hood, road tested the vehicle and found noother issuesAgain, no charge to the customer.Repair Order [redacted] : On 3/another complaint of noiseTechnician road tested the vehicle and found no safety concerns related to the noiseThe car is safe to drive and noises are not covered under the warrantyThe customer declined any further diagnosis.We have addressed the customers complaints and absorbed all costs even though they are clearly not covered by the warrantyAs noted previously this was in the interest of customer good will, At this time we will offer to replace the struts at a cost to the customer of $This is a the price of the same repair as quoted by the other [redacted] dealerWhile the struts are noisy the vehicle is safe to drive and we feel we have honored what the terms of the warranty are and more.Sincerely,Linda SGeneral Manager

October 4, 2017Dear [redacted] ,In response to your communication to this agency dated September 25, regarding the above captioned complaint identification number, please be advised the clients concerns have been addressed and requested repairs completed at Thompson [redacted] of Doylestown on 09/27/7.It should be noted that the vehicle did pass all state safety and emission inspection requirements prior to the vehicle being sold to the client.As per the agreement entered with the client and this dealership, we reevaluated the vehicle and again confirmed the components were in correct operating order and did advise our client we would reinspect the car prior to his month/unlimited mileage warranty expiration, Still unsatisfied, the client demanded the repairs recommended by the other repair facility be completedIn an effort to satisfy the client, we proceeded with making the repairs to the vehicle, at no charge.You will find a copy of the repair order showing the work completed as documentation.Should you need further information, please contact me directly at ###-###-####.Respectfully Submitted,Lee H General Sales Manger

for sale. This included 2 new tires and new PA state inspection and emissions inspection, which would mean all suspension and steering components passed. Our cost was $1025.33.Repair Order [redacted]: On 2/21 the customer complained of a noise. We picked up the customer's vehicle and our technician diagnosed the noise as a wheel bearing, which we replaced and a brake caliper. There was no charge to the customer; our internal cost was $2051.51. We did this in the interest of customer good will/satisfaction.Repair Order [redacted]: On 3/2 customer again complained of a noise coming from the hood. Although this is again no covered under his warranty we repaired the hood, road tested the vehicle and found noother issues. Again, no charge to the customer.Repair Order [redacted]: On 3/5 another complaint of noise. Technician road tested the vehicle and found no safety concerns related to the noise. The car is safe to drive and noises are not covered under the warranty. The customer declined any further diagnosis.We have addressed the customers complaints and absorbed all costs even though they are clearly not covered by the warranty. As noted previously this was in the interest of customer good will, At this time we will offer to replace the struts at a cost to the customer of $2200. This is a the price of the same repair as quoted by the other [redacted] dealer. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  And in addition I have also discoveredother issue about the vehicle and currently forwarded to Thompson [redacted] the repair cost of the other problem (Water Leak).
