Subject: Complaint [redacted] Ms. [redacted], was having work done at her house and the contractor ordered a portable restroom from us through a third party service company. This meant the third party service company was our client for the restroom. The third party company requested a pickup on Nov....

9th, since we are in Boston on Mondays the pickup order was created for Monday, Nov. 13th.We only have so much space on the service trucks to pick up restrooms when we are in the areas.Unfortunately the truck was full on Monday the 13th, before we arrived at Ms. [redacted]’s house.I do not know if the third party was contacted or not, that we were not able to make the pickup. The next time we were in Boston was Thu. the 16th, which is also when I heard directly from Ms. [redacted], asking for a pickup. I tried to explain to her, but she would not let me talk.We were able to remove the restroom on the 16th.   Throne Depot[redacted]

The information provided by the company is incorrect. I paid my contractor in full. The contractor had the agreement with the throne depot, not me. They informed me if I didn't pay them they would leave the porta-toilet on my property indefinitely and that they have left them at some homes for years. They also informed me they would put a lien on my house if I moved the porta toilet or didn't pay the money owned. the only way for me to get this unit removed was to pay them. I felt threatened and didn't know what to do so I paid them to remove this. The contact doesn't not have my name on it and they should have gone after the contactor not me. I was put in a situation where I didn't know what to do and was scared the company would put a lien on my house and that they said they would come after me if I tried to move the unit. Otherwise I would have had it thrown out. The owner was aggressive on the phone, the sales rep [redacted] refused to help me and would not call me back, that is why I called so many times. I asked for a copy of the contract and they never sent it to me or any of the invoices. They said they gave it to me but they are lying and I would like to see proof they sent it. I negotiated a lower price because it was better than paying the full price. They should have picked up the unit and gone after the contractor they hade the contact with. This company can not bully people into paying to get units removed, especially if they didn't request it in the first place.
