sincerest apologies that Ms. [redacted]'s
experience was less than satisfactory. It is disappointing to learn that we
fell short of our goals in this instance. We appreciate you taking the time out
of your busy schedule to share these concerns.However, Ms. [redacted] began her stay on March 5, 2016 and
stayed until March 21, 2016. During the duration of her time with us we were
informed of numerous complaints and resolved them accordingly; at no time did
we disregard any of Ms [redacted]'s complaints. Ms [redacted] received compensation for
the inconvenience of her stay with free nights. At the end of her stay Ms.
[redacted] began to complain about other issues which we attempted to help resolve,
at which time she became rude and aggressive. We then asked her to kindly leave
due to her causing issues in front of guests attempting to check in.I can assure you that corrective measures have been taken to
prevent similar problems in the future. Please know that we value our guests
and appreciate their business. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as
we strive to make every guest experience pleasant.
