I payed $79.99 for attorney [redacted] to go to court to plead "no contest". I could have done that myself. I hired The Ticket Clinic because I did not want a "no contest" plea. I wanted someone to defend my case. I have to pay $280 (the same amount as the ticket) after paying your firm $80. Even if I had gone to traffic school, the overall total would have been less and I would still avoid points on my license. When I hired Ticket Clinic, I thought I would get a lawyer to fight for my case, like you advertise everywhere. This did not happen. I paid you to do absolutely nothing and it cost me more than if I had handled this myself. There was zero communication throughout the entire process. In addition to this, your customer service reps and paralegals are quite rude and unhelpful. I will make sure my experience pops up in every single search for your company.

This must be a group of lawyers that have no court experience or graduated at the bottom of there class they have the paperwork setup to the point that they tell you there gonna take care of the ticket and another token tell you they can't promise you what's going to happen so basically I paid 199. For them to go in and get me court supervison and pay an additional 210. Instead of them try to wave court cost they agree
