Review: I ordered 1 custom tutu, paid $46.00 and never received the item. She's ignored by emails, Facebook messages, and phone calls. I want a refund.
On February 21, 2013, I had contacted [redacted] about a custom made FIRST birthday tutu that I wanted delivered by the beginning of May.
Per Order# [redacted], the date reflected on the invoice is 3/17/13. So it has been well over 60 days and I have not received the item I paid via [redacted] for on March 13, 2013 (Transaction ID# [redacted]).
I requested [redacted] to have the item (tutu) to be delivered by the beginning of May as she had told me she had been "SLAMMED" per email dated March 13, 2013, giving her more than 30 days.
On May 6, I had emailed [redacted] about the status of the tutu. I had received no response. On May 20, I emailed [redacted] again and still no response. On May 22, I emailed her to ask for the tutu be delivered by Friday, May 24 or refund my money. She never responded to that email either. With three failed attempts to contact her via email, I posted a message on her Facebook page: [redacted]. She immediately removed the post and never responded to me. I took down the phone number that she had listed on that page and called her twice on on May 22 and left a message requesting that she call me back. I received no call back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $46.00 I paid via [redacted] in March.
Review: I placed an ordered for a personalized beach tote on 5-20-13 and my credit card was charged immediately. The order stated to allow 10 days for the tote to be embroidered and then an additional 7 days for shipping. It is now July 9th and still no product. I have e-mailed the company on 3 seperate occassions asking for a status update on my order and also sent messages twice on [redacted] but all went unanswered. At this point I just want to cancel my order and receive a refund for this terrible service.
