Review: We bought a [redacted] from this store, and what a mistake it was. The watch started malfunctioning after a few months and we came back to get it fixed, which they did, but it took 5 months. When we finally got it back, it worked fine, for a few months, and then the same issue reoccurred. We called Timepiece Collection asking them if they can fix the issue, since the watch seems to have a recurring problem. Now, instead of being apologetic or at least just helpful, he told us that we are liars and that we had dropped the watch and broken it! The watch is not broken or damaged, the mechanism is just off, yet they have the audacity to not just question us, but yell at us and call us names just so that they do not have to correct an issue that is clearly a defect. To add insult to injury, when we told them that this is a recurring issue, the same one that we had fixed at this store just a few months ago, we were told different stories about the previous process. First, they said it was never repaired at this location, then we were told it was there for 3 months, then we were told it was there for 2 months, then we were told it was there for -1 months! (yes, we were told it was there from April to March of the same year) all within 24 hours of the same discussion. When we went to the store to have it repaired, they actually yelled that we are liars and that there is nothing wrong with the malfunctioning watch without even looking at it closely. And the best part is, that the watch is still under warranty and this is how they treat us. Since the watch had been fixed within the previous 12 months by a [redacted] dealer/[redacted], it is still under warranty, and the person who we spoke with on the phone even admitted that any product fixed under warranty has an extended warranty of 1 year from the date of repair. Yet they not only refuse to fix it, they are rude, unprofessional, and extremely mean.Desired Settlement: I would like for the watch to be fixed under warranty within a normal time-frame, unlike the previous experience that took approximately 5 months (even though they have clearly proven that they do not know when they received and repaired the watch from their random guesses of when we dropped it off and when we picked it up). We would also like an apology for how we were treated and called liars for something that is a manufacturer's defect, being that the issue is mechanical and has a history of having this problem.
