My experience with John H [redacted] of this group is negative. I purchased a timeshare through him and this group. When I tried to book 2017 the resort told me the prior owner had already booked 2017 using points and he was the only one who could remove the reservation. I then called the Timeshare, Group via John H [redacted] and was told I didn't understand how the points worked (although I have had many timeshares with and without points over last 25 years) I told him I wasn't trying to book with points but was not helped and received many nasty and rude comments before Mr H [redacted] hung up on me. I proceeded to call the resort and got the problem corrected and booked my vacation. Very disappointed in his telephone manner

My personal review of The Timeshare Group, LLC is that they are a hands down top of the line company! I wanted to sell my *** timeshare and *** *** and associates were there to help me with each and every stepAs a matter of fact the process was completed sooner than I had even imaginedI would, and do, recommend this group to everyone with a similar need! What a pleasant experience this wasThank you again!! ***

What a great experience from start to finish Not only did they do what they said they would, it was completed in less time than what they had told me it would take I had actually given up on trying to unload my investment Now I am free of the unwanted burden thanks to The Timeshare Group!

I am happy to say that I have used The Timeshare Group, LLC.
I owned a [redacted] timeshare, cost me a lot of money. I was told it was 'deeded' property and very valuable.
Until I tried to get rid of it. Then even [redacted] told me there was 'no resale' value. Plus they had first rite of refusal.
I tried one company up in Michigan they had Revdex.com accreditation and was defrauded out of several thousand dollars.
I was in the process of giving it to a realtor in the area of the property.
Luckily I found The Timeshare Group, LLC. Or they found me, not sure.
They offered not a great deal of money, but it was a legitimate offer
They paid the costs and I received a check as agreed uipon.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE TRYING TO GET RID OF A TIMESHARE!
