We just closed on our second [redacted] Timeshare resale purchase in the last four years. Our first one was for 200 Points at [redacted]. I was nervous purchasing points on the secondary market, but working with Jerry S[redacted] was very seamless, and they answered e-mails and phone calls promptly. I even had my attorney look over the contract and he said everything looked like it was in place. The entire process went pretty much as expected and we closed.
Three years later we began looking at adding more points, and Jerry again answered our questions about the best way about going through with it. He made sure we looked at points that renewed in the same month, and made sure we titled everything the same as our first purchase. This would allow [redacted] to combine the points into one account. Meaning our points would all renew on the same date making future reservations easier to book.
Even thought the seller dragged their feet on this sale, Jerry and Brenda from [redacted] made sure we were always up to date. We just received the closing documents and confirmed with [redacted] today that the two separate transactions were both on the same account!
