I am happy to report that I received a call from Annie and she and I had a very productive and amiable conversation. I am now very pleased with the service received from Annie.

I have been with Turn 2 Interactive for five years and have been faithful with the monthly payments. Changes made to our content in the past were minimal. However, on November 30, 2020, I sent in a request for changes, emphasizing the need to add a button asap for donations. Again I sent further changes on December 2nd. The changes were sent to Nadia Ramirez. I received notice that the changes were received. I called because the button had not been placed on our account. Annie answered the phone. When I asked about the button she became defensive and rather argumentative, implying that I had not sent the information. She then put me on whole and located it, along with the link for the button. I am not one to complain but on this occasion, I feel that I must. I get it that we are all under a lot of stress but I feel that she discounted my remarks to her about the urgency of getting the button placed asap; I understand about the rest of the information but the button was very important. To keep the situation from escalating I first asked for a supervisor and was told that someone would call me later. She stated that she would set the button up right away. I thanked her and hung up. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Annie.
