We are full aware of this complaint and are doing everything we can to rectify the situationAll expectations were explained to the customer at time of pick upHe would not have had paid if he wasn't satisfied at time of deliveryThese are minimal issues that we will take care of under our satisfaction guaranteeCustomer has the graphics, they are in excellent condition, were custom made are not refundableThe issue is that he needs his vehicle for work and claims there is no time to leave it with us againUntil then we cannot assist any further

We have handled the complaint and have come to a resolution. [redacted] has shown me (Jay) the areas of concern when I met him offsite and we are in the process of correcting them. The installation has not been completed yet however [redacted] and I have made arrangements to rectify the situation and he is happy.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below."The first time I picked up my trailer from the tint shop (in the dark) they told me it was completed, so I paid $When I walked outside I noticed it was only halfway doneIf I knew it was only halfway done I wouldn't even have paid themI went back inside to address the situation and they told me to return it Monday with my truck so they could finish it and wrap my tailgateI would then owe them an additional $for the tailgate wrapThe next morning when I was able to look at the trailer in the light I noticed several defectsI mentioned this to them and they said they would fix it Monday when I brought it inWhen they attempted to fix the issues they only made it worseThe graphics are NOT in excellent condition, these people are delusionalThey told me they were certified in 3M vinyl application, which they are notThey're only certified in 3M window tintingThe issue is not that I need my trailer for work, the issue is that I'm not going to leave my trailer with a company who already did a horrible job TWICEWhen I picked up my trailer they told me I had to pay them the $for the tailgate wrap because it was already printedSo I paid themAt this point they said they would call me Monday to schedule an appointment, but they never calledI proceeded to call them about the issues that they still haven't fixed and for the past week they have been giving me the run around."

To whom this may concern, We value *** as a previous customer however there is a misunderstanding that needs to be cleared up*** purchased tint from us on July 18th and the NYS law change was made public in November of The law then went into effect on January 1st Our
email advertisement stated $per window for removal and replacement*** had windows and was quoted a price of $for a chosen upgraded line of tintWe actually only charge $for side windows for our standard tint which is less than $per window.We apologize for any miscommunication however we did not even do the work to receive a complaintWe do not believe there were any poor business practices other than some miscommunication

They did an excellent job on my jeep Plus they added lettering to my front window I have told my friends to check them out They had a jeep in within minutes of my appt time Very friendly and professional
