Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I do appreciate the time you took to reinstall the tint in my car, after inspecting further, we found glue on the rear tail light, air bubble inthe back window, and other flawsAs I stated before, I appreciate that you took the time to attempt to fix the issues on our vehicle, but his scheduled 9AM appointment got bumped hour by hour and he did not make it home until well after 4pm, where we inspected the vehicle, located glue trails on our tail rear tail light above the deck lid, air bubbles (nickel sized-dime sized) in the rear window, as well as other flaws.We will not be using this company again for anything, nor will I recommend them to any one Sincerely, [redacted]
