The Tint Zone Auto Boutique Reviews (%countItem)

I got my automatic power windows done here and added a viper remote start alarm system. The windows would make a funny noise, and eventually the passenger power window stopped working. Then, remote wouldn't work. I called business a few times during June. I just moved out to Colorado, so my time is limited in California. So, I had a friend go to shop because she lived close. Owner told my friend they were only open for curiosity of customers and shut the door. I then , emailed the shop and owner replied saying they had a lot of work which I understood. Before going through I this I went to a few shops to see if they can just fix the problem but no shop wanted to mess with the wiring because it was a 'mickey mouse? job, and I paid too much for problems like this to happen.on top of the bad wiring I was told it can messed up my computer for the whole truck. Owner came with an agreement for me to take truck 07/17/2020 @8am to shop to fix problems. I get a call that window is fixed , but I will need to pay *** dollars for a new module for alarm. When I got this job done no receipt was given of what warranty comes with it , I paid a good amount for me to even get charged for a new ? module'.

Desired Outcome

Refund I liked my acct closed with the business, and wiring checked to avoid any shortages to my computer system and no further business with them.

The plaintiff came into the store, and stated her remote start alarm stopped working. We andslized the scenarios and determined that the vehicle battery was either improperly removed or had lost significant voltage. The plaintiff denied the battery was removed or lost voltage as she convinced her mother who was next to her about what happened. The plaintiff did admit that she lost the ignition key. After this statement, we detwrmined that this is the problem. The remote start uses an immobilizer/security bypass module it's purpose is to communicate woth the computer of the vehicle to allow an aftetmaket alarm to start the vehicle. The module in general mimics the ignition key RF code and tells the car it's okay to start. When the plaintiff lost her ignition key, she had to of got a locksmith to make her a new ignition key and program the new keys RF code to the vehicle. Whem new keys are programmed or made, the programming deletes old keys RF signals and new keyboard stored and written on factory computer. The remote start module does not recognize the new RF code that was programmed when the new keys were made. The plaintiff was told that the module had to be reprogrammed to the new key. The plaintiff was never told she needed a new immobilizer/security bypass module. We offered her to reprogram the module for *** The plaintiff losing and programming new ignition key is not covered by the warranty. The Module requires a 2 step programming procedure that takes about 2 hours. In conclusion the plaintiff never had any issues with the remote start system, until she lost her keys. The module can be reprogrammed and her expense.
