I am rejecting this response because:The business is lyingI never asked him to mske my grandmothers face in a heartHe was the one that told me he could add itI told him okHe never said that pic wasn't good enough to work withWhen I called and spoke to Pat he even said "Well *** really should have showed u a preview of the shirts*** told me it was my fault cause I didn't ask for one reallyAm sorry I trusted them to do a great job and never though they would give me the shirts they did*** also Lied about me needing them in weekI went on a Friday Oct They had 2weeks to finish the shirtsI need them by Oct They finish I week early now I know whyThey were horribleAll I wanted was for them to redo the shirts how I asked for them in the first placeI can't believe they still think these shirts were acceptable and they aren't at fault Blaming the customer it was my fault my grandmas face was cut outPlease they can't treat other customers like they did meMaking me feel like I was over reacting about how the shirts were completedMy grandma just passed away from a serious disease it's still new to my family and self.
