Be warned, neighbors,if considering having work done by Sprouse ConstructionWe had some driveway concrete and drainage work doneI was concerned it would not make the grade and after discussing it with Mr*** he agreed to sign a guarantee to fix any issues if they should ariseWell, one of his pipes collecting downspout water and directing it underground leaked across the new concrete w/each rainHe tried once to repair by schlepping tar into the pipe (absolutely ugly) but it failed to correct the problemWe texted, called, sent a certified letter (rejected), and no still no resolutionBe warned, Sprouse Construction work and "guarantees" are risky at bestRecommend going with another contractor
We paid *** *** of *** Construction $14,to complete a retaining wall and concrete deckHe destroyed our yard and never came back
On 4/3/we hired *** *** of *** Construction P.OBox ***, FL XXXXX to put in a retaining wall and concrete deck to be completed by the end of AprilWe have since found out his true address is *** *** *** ** *** Alabama XXXXX and that he is not even licensed to do business in Esambia county FloridaWe paid him $8,on 4/He worked partial days on 4/10, 4/and on 4/he stated we had to pay another $5,so his crew could work straight through the weekend (which we did) and we never saw him or his crew againWe called him constantly and left messages, and never got a call backWe sent him emails and he blocked us A guy named Big Mike showed up on 4/23-4/stating that *** hired him to put cinder block on top of the footer that *** put inThe blocks were never completed and no
