The Tire Guys

Applied for a loan through Merchant preferred for tire guys to get tires but we were told interest was high and decided to decline merchant preferred to go with American First Finance.After not getting the item through Merchant preferred and requested to cancel lease. we received an email stating tire guys charged Merchant Preferred for a total of $3,000 for tires. We tried since 10/2019 to get in contact with owner of tire guys and have them return those funds since is money that does not belong to them. We have called, emailed and no luck getting to Tire guys. Now we are being charged for money and something we did not receive through merchant preferred. We tried so many times going to the shop and its closed. I have emails, text, calls . I have an email from Domingo Owner stating lease will be fully refund. This is causing me to even getting fire, strong headaches for requesting additional lunch time to get in contact and trying to resolve this matter.
