Explanation by TJMaxx does not apply to me No application was given to me by employee; she just wrote my SSN on the paper that she held in her hands and then asked me to sing I do not even know how their application looksThe TJMaxx reply is very deceptive and false I never signed any "Customer verification Slip" I never knew that there is a [redacted] *** If the employee had followed the steps that the TJMaxx's has described in the e-mail, I would have never accepted to give my SSN and I would not have accepted any card from TJMaxx This is an atrocity used by TJMaxx's reply to my complaint to justify the way they cheat the customers This is a criminal act that is used to steal information from people and use for illegal purposes The TJMxx answer is a big lie If there is no resolution I will refer the case to the President of the united States at the White House I will ask to have the TJMaxx business suspend and start an investigation Another big attrocity is a statement by TJMaxx that "...the Store Associate returns the hard copy application form to the customer by hand.." This is really criminal because I never saw an application and I never received any kind of "hard copy" I expect also [redacted] to destroy all information that received from TJMaxx with my permission or authorization Regards, [redacted]
