Thank you for contacting The Tobin Center It is my understanding that one of our customer service representatives has contacted you and offered a solution that will satisfy both parties Please let us know if this is not the case

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts is a premiere venue and destination for the cultural and entertainment arts The Tobin Center does not have a dress code policy; therefore, no guests would have been reasonably declined admittance into The Center based on attire All ticketing issues are handled by the House Manager on duty for an event and there is no report, record or recollection of this incident occurring as described Per The Center's ticketing policy, all ticketing issues can only be addressed with the name associated with the ticket order in the ticketing system Upon further research, there is no record of the complainant being issued or reserved a ticket in their name for the event in question After hearing about this possible incident, Tobin Center staff made numerous attempts to contact the complainant and received no response from him regarding this issue

I attended this venue at the end of July for an eventTheir customer service is horribleI purchased a VIP package which included valet parking ticketsWe were told that VIP customers had to be at the event by 5:pmWell, upon getting there we find out we couldn't use the valet parking tickets because the valet service doesn't start until ?? So we had to pay to park elsewhereWhat a rip offI spoke with a lady at the box office and asked for a refund for one of the parking tickets because I shouldn't have to pay doubleThe lady was rude and said they have a no refund policyI guess the other VIP customers were complaining because in the middle of our dispute another lady that worked there told her to go ahead and give us all a refundThe lady seemed upset, snatched my proof of purchase from me, and stated it will not be processed until the following MonThat was fine with meI was just glad they were fixing the problemThree weeks later and I still hadn't received my refundI called times in weeks & they claimed it had been processed and only takes 7-business daysUmmmm weeks is way past that...Long story short they were very rude & basically stated since they show it was processed on their end that I was out of luckI called my credit card company and had them reach out to them so they could tell them directly that a refund was not processedThey were very rude to them as well and was talking as if we were in the wrongReally?? In the end I had to get my credit card company to dispute the charge just to get the money that I was due back
On top of this issue, we were supposed to get a signed poster of the performers the day of the eventThere was an issue & were told they would be mailed to usWell, a month later they sent us an email stating they have the posters and we would have to come pick them up! Mind you I don't live in San Antonio and only traveled there for the eventTo make it worse they said only the person who purchased the tickets can pick the poster up (so no help if you have a friend or family member that lives in SA) AND they said they are only giving us weeks to pick them up! Wow
They are one of the worst customer service I've ever experiencedAll they care about is taking your moneyI will never waste my hard earned money on an event there ever againThey are very disrespectful and rude!! A customer should not be treated like crap when you are the one at fault! Do your part and take responsibility! I can't believe they are even a legit business because they run like a scamThey don't care about anything but taking your moneyThere were a couple of other things that happened during the event that shows their lack of care, but to save time I will not write about it
