Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I have received another letter from the Toll Roads confirming that they received my account verification (attached)Once I received it, I followed their instructions and paid the tolls only without penaltiesThank you for contacting them and helping me get this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: The letter provided by The Toll Roads did not in itself resolve or adequately address my complaint (reference ID [redacted] ,) but since a direct phone number had been included, I was able to reach [redacted] by phone That phone call has given me the opportunity to discuss my complaint and the organization's current and future policies and practices [redacted] *** also indicated that a refund for over-payment will be credited back to my credit card in the coming days I do feel that without having pursued a complaint with the Revdex.com, my case might not have been resolved I do believe that The Toll Roads, at least as represented by [redacted] ***, does have an understanding of the deficiencies of their current system and will be making ongoing adjustments and changes until their system is appropriately serving their customers I genuinely hope that my feedback will help this organization improve its customer service options and procedures Thank you for your help in this matter Regards, [redacted]

to address our customers' needs. The volume of customer correspondence is being
constantly monitored and adjustments are being made to handle the correspondence as
needed.

experienced a high volume of correspondence from customers. The Toll...

Roads
Customer Service Department contacted [redacted] on July 21, 2014. The violation
penalties for her transactions were waived. A refund was submitted to EZ RENT A
CAR.
