Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/12) */ My name is [redacted] from [redacted] Auto Repair and I received a letter from Revdex.com on Monday 11/09/with a complaint from Ms [redacted] September for transmission problem so called to fine one for her and I called [redacted] to tell her I had found one with day warranty no labor coverage because she did not pay for that coverage We installed transmission and put in fluids and drove it to make sure it workedWe also found the ignition switch not working right it had a push button for startThought that may have some problem with transmission because of wiring So asked them to get it fixedSo now she wants me to cover the labor on this installation, but she was told that the company I get it from will not cover because she did not pay for the extra coverage We are in the process of installing the transmission as I am typing this letter to youBut I am going to let her have the vehicle when I am done, but will not cover anything more after this The transmission still has coverage until December 25, She that the coverage would be another days, but will not it stays from the day I purchased in September 25, Thanks I would like to hear from you after you look at this Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 8, 2015/11/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I greatly appreciate custers doing the right thing.I was upset before because I paid almost $for my car to still have shift problems but they covered the labor to replace the transmission & cleared the codes & its working beautifully nowAll I ever wantd was a working carThank you custers for fixing the problem
