While enroute to drop off a lawnmower for service, I called to inquire on store hoursThe person answering the phone was rude and curt with their replyVery unwilling to stay a moment past closing in order to help a customer Poor customer service!

We purchased a brand new Snapper High Vac lawn mower from the Tool Shack in Today we took it in for service (one and 1/years later) and Tool Shack informed us that since they don't carry Snapper anymore that they could not service our lawn mower They said that they could not get parts from SnapperThis is horrible customer service, My feeling is that if you sell a product to a customer then you should do whatever it takes to service that product as long as it is owned by the original ownerHorrible customer serviceDon't purchase anything from them and expect to get service if they stop selling that brandThey just lost a customer

I needed a part for a Briggs and Stratton powerwasher and found, online, The Tool Shack was an authorized dealer. So I drove there on 15 Sep 2014 and approached the counter, telling the guy behind the counter, the model of the powerwasher and the part I needed. He asked if I knew the part number and I replied I did not. He told me he'd have to get on the computer and the internet to find the number and it was going to take awhile. Then he just looked at me. He didn't attempt to even look up the part number. I spent 20 mins walking back and forth from the desk to the door to get service on my cell so I could find the part number for him only to find out they didn't have it in stock. I left and called O-Reilly's Auto Parts, who over the phone, found the part number and told me it was in stock. In the future, I will not do business with The Tool Shack in Gulf Breeze. Their customer service is awful.
