Review: I bought a makita gas machine was the date 8/*/2013 and I drop in my husband job, after that, my husband call [redacted] of the tool store and said that the machine don't work and my husband drove his car with the MAKITA MACHINE BACK to the TOOL STORE locate [redacted]and he return the machine [redacted] the same day 08/*/2013 one hour later after I bought, but because I was not with my husband and I bought with my credit card, [redacted] of the tool store said to my husband that me (The wife) has to come back with the receive and the credit card, unfortunately this date 8/*/2013 I couldn't go back with my credit card and the receive because I had to pick up my kids from the school and had a busy afternoon. At the next day I went with my kids in the afternoon, but I miss the receive and I told [redacted] if he please can put the money back in my credit card and I show him, and he said NO I CAN'T. YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME THE RECEIVE AND WITHOUT THE RECEIVE I CAN'T RETURN THE MONEY, I said to him that I think that I loosed the receive and he said, I can't do nothing without the receive. I was trying to find the receive and I called to my credit card and let theme know that is not fear that he has the machine back the same date 8/*/2013 right away, and he didn't want to give me the money back and is more than month and a half. HE KNOWS THAT WE ARE A HONEST PERSON AND THAT WE RETUNED TO HIM THE MACHINE. The bank sent me the inquiry about the charges of the machine which was $925.00 and they closed the investigation because I didn't have proof of return the machine the recive , I called [redacted] of the tool store today 11/**/2013 and he said that is TRUE AND HE DOES NOT DENY that my husband returned the MAKITA machine to him the same day that I bought 8/*/2013, I said that I finally found the receive and I want to drive to the store and he can SLIP MY credit card and put me back my money $925.00 back and he REFUSED, he said that due that I put a complain in the bank, I have to go back to the bank and speak with them, and that I can't go to his tool store to give my credit card and that he CAN'T put my money back. He want to do with my bank but I am the customer, hi is not acting good. Please I want that he give me my money back because my husband returned 08/**/2013 long time ago, the MAKITA MACHINE. And I wish that the state laws help me and make him return my money. The owner of the tool store is not acting good and I want my money back. Now I have the receive of the purchased and the credit card and he refused to put the money back and he want to extend more long time and keep trying with my bank.He didn't provide to my husband a received that my husband returned the MAKITA MACHINE, AND my husband believed in the honesty of this person and he is not a honest person because [redacted] of tool store know that we returned the [redacted] Machine.
