A refund check was mailed to [redacted] on January 11, 2016. At one point, Ms. [redacted] advised...
our director on Bloomington that she was going to rescind the cancellation. She then decided to go forward with the cancellation and we then mailed her a full refund.
Unless we hear further from your office, we will consider this matter closed.
