I spoke with customer *** ***-*** on May 31, 2018 regarding her concerns with her productsWe went over her non-working units and we issued a replacement orderAfter she receives her replacement order, customer will have all three working sets which is what she had purchasedI
advised she can reach out to me personally in the future should she have any other questions or concernsAt the end of the phone call, customer was satisfied and did not request a refund on any of her orders
