Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The items sent to me are not the items I orderedI ordered dozen, 28" x 29" tea towelsI received dozen, 36" x 36" tea towelsI do not feel that I should pay the shipping charges to ship these items back since the error is on the part of The Towel DepotI will happily send the items back if The Towel Depot pays for the shipping feeFurthermore, I do not feel that my credit is contingent upon me sending these towels backI expect a credit before I send the towels back I will send the towels back at thier expense Regards, [redacted] ***

Please let us know, If you've a different address we've no problem re-shipping the goods as we've already shipped it twice

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I haven't used any, I just didn't recall how many I ordered so all will be sent back unusedI had to order some from a different company after this order and that one was pieces Once I get the labels which were not sent before, I will send them back and await the refundIf I don't get the refund once I send them back, what do I do? When can I expect the shipping labels be emailed to me? Regards, [redacted]

Here is the chain of events:11/- received towels in the wrong color and contacted Towel Depot and spoke with Moammar and he asked me to email him a photo of the towels which I didI ordered navy blue and got light blueHe told me that he'd get back to me.11/- was told the dark blue was longer available.11/- told by Moammar he'd send me a return shipping label and I replied asking him about also getting a credit for the towels but he didn't answer11/- was told by Moammar that there was an issue with the package and that they accepted and agreed to cancel the order and issue me a refund but since I had filed a complain they would have to answer to the Revdex.comI informed him that they kept giving me the run around and never answered my question about a refund and when I called the number no one answered and the company appeared to be a scam11/20- emailed Moammar after filing the complaint and told him that the Revdex.com encouraged us to work it out between us but he said the following, "as you have made a complaint with Revdex.com, please contact themI'll answer to themIf you want me to respond, you will have to take that back" I again advised him I would like to try and work it out but no response at all since then.I have not received a credit back or shipping labels or any response.This company is a scam and I want return shipping labels for the boxes of towels and a refund as this money is what he's stolen from our high school boys water polo booster

Our policy is that order disputes need to be brought to our attention within hoursThis consumer didn't contact us until days laterWe can be lenient to a degree, but this is excessive.- Notification of freight claims must be made with two (2) business days after receipt of shipment- taken from company website

Revdex.com spoke with the business today and they stated that the issue has been resolved

Thank you for writing usWe have been providing tracking number and result on every callUPS (freight company) has sent the proof of delivery to this customer via email todayThis order has been delivered and UPS tracking number is: [redacted] We are not sure why this issue was raised here without a valid reason

You have just contacted us this morning and we will issue a refund today as soon as this case is closed

I have no problem returning the incorrect itemsHowever, I do feel as though I should have to pay for the shippingI did receive dozen of the correct item which I am pleased with and no longer require a credit for those pieces

We had a phone call from this customer and he has cancelled the orderWe have already issued a full refund and this case is closed at our end
