A&D Sheet Metal installed a new furnace and central AC unit on 6/11/2015.? Permits / inspection were not required as part of the work performed as this job was the replacement of an old furnace.? Code changed since the old furnace was installed and this was simply a reconnect with work performed by a contracted plumber.? We did receive phone calls from the customer and attempted to call back several times but were unable to connect to discuss the issue.? We stopped receiving phone calls at one point and it appears the customer was in contact with the plumber.? A&D Sheet Metal never received an invoice from the plumber for work performed and therefore, we were unable to provide payment.? On Wednesday, March 1, A&D Sheet Metal met with the customer, in order to resolve the issue, A&D will replace the part to bring the furnace up to code.? We apologize for the misunderstanding that has occurred and aim to resolve any issues in a timely manner
