Mr. [redacted] joined my website, www.thetoypeddler.com on Oct. 2, 2015 and proceeded to make 3 different purchases of “Listing Credits”.
He selected credit card for 2 of the payments and 1 by PayPal. I tried to process his card for the credits and it was declined twice. He also
never sent payment...

through PayPal. I informed him of this and removed the listing credits he purchased and failed to pay for. I did leave him
$5 in free credits so he could continue to list items and figure out the system. A few days later her purchased more credits and again his
card was declined and again he never sent through PayPal. I answered any emails he had and kept him informed of the process and that he
never sent me a dime, and I decided to leave his items available for sale. After the 4th attempt and failure to buy credits, I put his items on
hold, but never suspended his account. I told him that when he sent the $28 he owed me, I would allow the items to be once again listed.
He sent me the money and I sent him the information on returning his items to active inventory.
We have over 27,000 members worldwide, and I have overseen well over 1 million transactions personally. I take pride in my website and
it is highly regarded in the community. In 15 years, I believe I have had 3 complaints total, and all similar to this, which all were resolved as
far as I know. Mr. [redacted] is having a hard time understanding the system and payments. He can have the choice of leaving his items listed,
(BTW, he also had 4 sales during that time), OR I can refund his money and he can move on.

Follow up: I decided to refund all money Mr. [redacted] paid, which was $28.
I also decided he is not the type of seller I would like to have on my website so I removed his account.
I am now receiving harassing emails from him. I answered every email he sent me, I spent a lot of time
trying to assist him but as you know you can’t please everybody.

[redacted] is a good seller and member in good standing. He continues to sell, as I have allowed him to continue doing so. My decision was a business decision and not personal. I had several of my long time members complain and threaten to stop selling if something wasn't done about his selling...

practices, mainly selling for under cost of items themselves, whereby anybody else selling new stock could not compete equally. I tried to work things out with [redacted], and it seems that we have. I gave a lot of thought about asking him to stop selling, and honestly, I agonized over it. He continues to sell. I feel some of his points were valid. I would even say that he has the right to come here and file a complaint. Hopefully our business relationship will continue to improve.
