The Tractor Doctor

Review: There was an advertisement in the local paper showing a tractor specialist, The Tractor Doctor. When my 574 international tractor throttle would not work in early summer 2013, I could not repair it myself and I called The Tractor Doctor, [redacted] came to my farm and tried to repair it but stated he had to take it to his shop for repair. [redacted] stated it should not be too costly to repair. [redacted] stated he understood I needed the tractor to farm with, such as baling hay, so he would get it back soon. After weeks, [redacted] picked up the tractor. He kept it along time and finally after several weeks he returned it 8/8/13. [redacted] stated the problem was related to the carburetor and that he would return to repair it if it does not work as it should. [redacted] charged $499.46. Within a day or so and using the tractor for only a short period the tractor started to gallop (jumpy) and then would not work at all. It was basically back to the way it was before with no throttle. Even after several calls (personal talks and with messages left) ,when [redacted] stated he would be down in my area next day and fix it, [redacted] has still not come to repair the tractor as promised. I have not been able to use the tractor for farming now for several months.Desired Settlement: Tractor repair done properly.
