In Oct. 2014, I ordered a second plate and as agreed that the payment of $1213.06 and with balance to be paid when the first order was complete, see attachment. I was asked by Dan to pay the balance in June 2016 and I declined, due to not receiving the parts as agreed from the first order. The cost of the parts NOT delivered is about $1191.00 not $450.00 as stated by [redacted] in the response to Revdex.com. I would like [redacted] of Tosa Tool to complete the order as promised.
