I was encountering difficulties locating parts for my boat trailer until I contacted this company.
After Emailing them, I received a response from a lady by the name of Kim and she resolved all of my problems. She did a great job and I thanked her for her assistance.
If the entire company has a business sense like Kim, they're going to be extremely successful and well-liked.

TrailerPartsDepot.com is attempting to charge more shipping then advertised on their web site. I placed an order online at www.TrailerPartsDepot.com on 10/25/2013 ordering product #[redacted]:Product totaling: $286.57 shipping totaling: $46.50 grand total: $333.07. Payment was sent via PayPal for a total of $333.07 per web site for the product with shipping via UPS Ground Commercial.I received an email on 10/28/2013 as follows: Thank you for the order that you placed with us on 10/25/2013. This message is to inform you of additional funds needed to ship your order. The way shipping is setup on our website is based on the total amount of your order. Sometimes depending on the size of the items ordered and the area of the country that they are being shipped to it is more expensive than what was originally quoted. We are in the process of re-structuring our entire shipping table where each individual item will have its own shipping cost based on the weight of the item and the customer's zip code. Unfortunately this won't be ready for a little while. For now all we can do is put notes on the items that we know will be additional handling and contact our customers for the additional funds. We do understand that this a major inconvenience for our customers and for that I do apologize. The additional funds needed to ship your order are $ 42.49. Since you paid through Pay Pal you can fund the additional $ 42.49 through Pay Pal also. You would sign into your Pay Pal account and click on the send money tab. You would then need our full e-mail address which is [redacted] again I do apologize for the inconvenience and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. No where on the web site does it state that the products are shipped depending on weight and a weight scale price will be adjusted after the order. Nor does the web site indicate that it is in error. The only option a customer has when selecting shipping is "US Ground Commercial ($46.50)". I believe that I was purchasing the item, which included UPS Ground Commercial shipping, for a total of $333.07, not $375.49 as recently requested.Desired SettlementI would like to pay the original advertised price which included shipping totaling $333.07. I believe that I should not be responsible for the additional $46.49 due to TrailerPartsDepot.com's website error. The product number that I required was 6090.26t. No further research on the product was required due to having correct product number. The web site states "Buy Now" and then leads you to an actual shipping calculator for the product you have selected. It then "calculates" or provides you a shipping quote for the order. It does not prevent or warn you of additional shipping costs during your purchasing of the product. It does not state there are any disclaimers, incorrect pricing, or additional charges, nor does it stop you from making the purchase or indicate that you need to email or call the company to purchase this product or the order would not be processed. It simply allows you to purchase the product with the incorrect shipping price. [redacted] indicated in her response that the additional funds for shipping of the product needed to be received BEFORE purchasing the product. The order was processed and accepted by The Trailer Parts Depot with the total sum of $333.07 which was promptly subtracted from my banking account on 10/28/2013. The email notifying me that additional funds were required was read on the evening of 10/28/2013. Again, please note this is after the original paid price of #333.07 had already been received by The Trailer Parts Depot for the product. The "additional" shipping costs that The Trailer Parts Depot had requested in order to receive the actual item was sent because, currently, I have a trailer without a trailer axle and am in obvious need of the item without hassle as well as the fear that this company may take an extended period of time refunding funds that have already been received by the company as they had already been subtracted from my banking account. * Please note that there were 2 phone calls received by [redacted] from [redacted] in reference to this. The 1st call was received on 11/5/2013 with the purpose to inform my husband that the item listed above could not be sent until at this time due to an unpaid balance. [redacted] was informed by my husband that not only had the original payment of $333.07 had been paid in full, the additional payment of $46.50 had also already been received by her company on 11/1/2013 and subtracted from my bank account on 11/1/2013. (please note, by 11/5/2013, this product was sitting in Ohio enroute to my house per Fed-Ex tracking website.) [redacted] did return the call stating that she had made a mistake and that the product should be arriving sometime today. I strongly believe that your web site is highly misleading and have never encountered such inaccuracy from an on-line purchase. If the Revdex.com agrees that your web site is misleading and I should receive the $46.50 due to your website error, I would suggest you keep it to aid in correcting your programming flaws of the shipping calculator on your website as soon as possible for your existing and future customers in an effort to increase customer satisfaction.
