replyOnce we received this complaint on October 16th we initiated a review of this transactionIt appears that Mr*** purchased this trailer in January and it was noted at the time of the sale, as well as on the invoice and other documents that the unit was a used trailerAlso noted on the sales invoice is the disclosure - "Used Trailers - As Is, No Warranty"Based on our review, Mr*** used the trailer for approximately months and The Trailer Store had not been made aware of any issues until this Revdex.com complaintHe also points out in his complaint that the Trailer Store failed to correct previous problems with the trailer from the previous ownerThe reported issues from the previous owner were not related to any mechanical, brake or operational problems but were regarding the paint finish and floor deckTherefore, The Trailer Store had no prior knowledge of mechanical / brake issues with this trailerAnd again, this trailer was represented, disclosed and noted as a "Used Trailer" at the time of sale to Mr***
