I am rejecting this response because: I was not able to reach anyone at that provided phone number and also I have tried to communicate with the office and I did not get anywhereI paid my rent on time yet I had to complain every month about something going on with the apartmentI kept the place very clean because of the bug infestation and because I need to have a neat and clean placeI have OCD so if there was a broken door then I would have gotten it fixedI have several witnesses that helped me move and they can verify that the door was not brokenI was extremely sick while living there and I have documentation to prove thisI just want my well deserved deposit back
