The Owner of The Train used DECEPTIVE PRACTICE to sell the vehicle "as is"He stated several times they had gone through the engine for a rebuildThe engine was NOT rebuilt as he claimed.
We have had the motor inspected and it was not even close to being rebuiltWe will continue to the Magistrate All we are asking is for the "rebuilt engine " we were promised in our transaction.
This has NOTHING to do with Lemon Laws we are Pursuing the Deceptive Practice charge. He sold us a car under pretentious claimsIn layman's terms , He committed Fraud Sincerely *** *and *** ***
