On March 11, 2014 we were...

made aware of Mr. [redacted]'s situation. I called Mr. [redacted] to discuss his concern. Due to a miss communication between Mr. [redacted] and our firm, an investment trade in his investment account was not made for him as he originally intended. After reviewing the circumstances and in the spirit of great customer service we took the following steps to correct the situation.

Mr. [redacted] and I walked through the trade correction we would execute in his account. The correction we discussed would bring Mr. [redacted]'s account current as if his instructions were executed as of the original request date. We executed the trade correction as was discussed.

I followed up with Mr. [redacted] with an e-mail confirmation of our conversation as per his request. This position is now in Mr. [redacted]'s account and he is aware that the market value of the position within his investment account will fluctuate going forward with the market and that he may sell this position at any time he desires. Mr. [redacted] was also mailed a trade confirmation from the custodian of his account, [redacted] LLC, confirming all the specifics of the trade regarding price and quantity of this transaction.
