I must say, I've been getting my taxes done and Liberty Tax for about three years. I've never had a problem before and just today I was dealing with [redacted] who is a manger at Liberty Tax and I've never had such horrible customer service. The worst ever! In the middle conversation on the phone she says that she was recording the call to show the owner. Which I have nothing to hide, if anything I would think the owner would be upset on how she talked to a customer. Not only that, she can get in trouble because as a business she legally has to let the customer know in the beginning of the phone call that it's going to be recorded. She didn't. She had a huge attitude and just kept arguing and cutting me off. I don't think that's a way to handle anything. I will not be going back to Liberty Tax at all. On top of that my mom went their and she was missing over $1,500 in federal. Horrible experience, I told [redacted] who is the manager that I was going to contact the Revdex.com and she didn't care what so ever. This all happened today March 4th, 2014.
