Dear [redacted] .On 12/22/our company received a letter from The Revdex.com regarding a complaint from the above named customer.Upon receipt of the letter I contacted him immediately and explained that for any reason if he has any issues with our service to please contact us so that the matter may be resolved.We had a nice conversation and he was refunded The disputed amount and trip feeI sent the check the same dayHe promised me that he would contact the Revdex.com to let them know the matter has been taken care ofI also left a message in the General Mailbox of the Revdex.com with the ID number and that the matter had been taken care of No one responded to my message.I received a letter today dated January 02, and that is why I am typing this letter and faxing it to youIf you have any further questions or need anything else, please let me know[redacted] Office Manager
