damaged item, however, the glass was not replaced and I need to pay someone to re-install the unit (needs to be rewired) also I feel that there is a strong issue regading his false claim that he is fully insured. He leaves the financial responsibility on his employees. what if the employee cannot afford to bear financial responsibility? Very very wrong policy
