I ordered the Surname Origin Research which promises to discover the family history associated with your last name, origin, and surname meaningThe website clearly stated that research would be carried out in 4-weeks but could take weeks in exceptional circumstancesI heard nothing for over weeksMy e-mail querying the delay was ignoredI then received an e-mail telling me that the research was complete without providing the resultsWhen I questioned where the results were, I was informed that I would have to make a further purchase of a 'product' such as a coat of arms in order to access the resultsSo basically I have spent dollars on nothing and feel like my money has been stolenObviously I am not going topay more money to this company for a 'product' and risk being conned againThey have now stopped responding to my e-mails

Buyer beware!! I purchased a Family Shield & Surname History Combo in Burl Wood Finish Frame for $155.85, at this price I was expecting to get a quality productWhat I received was a cheap plastic frame and two poorly printed documents that looks like they came from a cheap ink jet printer
When I ordered the product, I paid for rush processing ($8.95) and rush shipping ($6.95), so I could receive my purchase when I needed itHaving never received any kind of confirmation from the company, I called several times and left messages and emails trying to confirm the order's estimated delivery dateI finally reached Erin on the order line - she confirmed my order and also helped me purchase additional overnight shipping ($18.55) so I could get my order by the date that I expected it (since I'd already paid for rush processing & shipping)When I received my order at a total cost of $190.35, it came in a makeshift box that looked like it was pieced together
All of this would have been fine if I had received the product that was represented on their websiteThe plastic frame that I received was NOT wood, which is what they indicate on their website and the family coat of arms and family history are not what ANYONE would call "stunning colors and eye catching artwork set" (also as described on the website)
This company severely misrepresents its product and provides NO service after the sale is complete As stated above, buyer beware!

I placed this order Transaction ID: [redacted] 2 Dec 2016. The 2 beer steins have not been received, the firm does not answer the phone, and it does not respond to email requests for order status. I have asked for a refund or the steins today 27 Dec 16.

After submitting a NEGATIVE report to Revdex.com yesterday and failing to have Tree Maker answer the phones again today, a box arrived with the beer steins I ordered 2 Dec 16.

Although I finally received the order, the firm's refusal to respond to emails or phone calls reflects poor customer service. Finally, the family crest on the stein is much smaller than previous steins purchased earlier this year. Overall, it is still a NEGATIVE evalustion of this firm and I will no longer do business with them.
