The Tree Man

October31 2014[redacted] cashed my $100 deposit to complete tree work at my property by November 8, 2014. He never returned to complete the work.Despite numerous calls from me and many, many promises he would complete the tree work,he never returned. I demanded a full refund of the $100 finally on December 9 and he agreed via phone text to mail the refund check. I confimed he had the correct mailing address. Its been 2 weeks and I've not received the refund he promised.Desired Settlement[redacted] took my $100 with the agreement he would complete the tree work at my property by November 9. He failed to ever show up again despite many many promises to complete the work. He had every imaginable excuse. At the end of one month I demanded a refund and he agreed to repay the full $100. That was 2 weeks ago and he has not paid me. I expect him to fully refund the $100 I paid him.

Complaint started a job and left huge mess..never finishedStarted a job on 6/27/14 and worked 3 hours before stopping and leaving a giant mess. Paid him $1500 to drop about 8 limbs and leave them laying in my yard. Now going on three weeks with limbs down and covering my ENTIRE back yard. repeated excuses if I can ever get any response from him. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. he is a scam artist. Desired SettlementI want a refund for the work not done or the work completed.Business Response Have been back to customers house. Cleaned up yard. Trimmed another tree. He is back happy with me

Complaint[redacted] "The Tree Man" was paid $750 to trim several trees. He completed only 50% of work in December 2013 and has never returned to complete work[redacted] was paid in full to trim several trees. He only completed 50% of the work in December of 2013. He promised to return the next week and has never returned. He has acknowledged the work is not done but has made repeated excuses for not returning. He now refuses to accept a phone call or communicate. I would like a refund of $375.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of $375. This represents 50% of payment as he only completed 50% of work paid to do.
