I am always scheduled out up to 6+ monthsSo I told her she needed to get on my schedule or get on my call in listSo if I had any cancellations I might be able to get her in soonerSince that conversation I have not heard from her nor has she stopped back into my shop to setup and appointment to clean up her tattooThis email I received last week from the B.B.Bis the first time I've heard back from "her" since that day, I'm guessing 4-months ago
All clients sign a waiver before getting a tattoo stating that there are NO REFUNDS on any services provided at our location and that they take full responsibility on what's being put on their bodies
I will always try to satisfy an unsatisfied customer to my fullest abilityI've built my business on quality and excellent customer serviceThat is why I am accredited by the B.B.B
The last box and statement on my tattoo waiver that all clients must initial and sign before getting a service says:
*_ clients initials here_ TO WAIVE AND RELEASE to the fullest extent permitted by law each of the Artist and the Tattoo studio from all liability whatsoever, for any and all claims or causes of action that I, my state, heirs, executers or assigns may have for personal injury otherwise, including any direct and/or consequential damages, which result or arise from the tattoo, whether caused by negligence of fault of either the artist, client, or tattoo studio, or other wise
Then my waiver states:
* I hereby declare that I am competent to sign this agreementI HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY, I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT
In which this client that wrote this compliant initialed and sign this exact waiver
This being said, I will still make the effort to clean up the tattoo out of my good will and for the sake of my excellent reputation and good standing with the public and the B.B.B
If the client makes another effort to get on my schedule I would happily finish her tattoo free of charge the soonest I am availableAs long as she is complies with my schedule and has a great attitude towards the situation
