 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with [redacted] and gave all of my information, and explanation, as far as my current mortgage status and escrot shortage. I explained that I was not interested in proceeding unless it was certain I could refinance. I was assured I could so I ran around to gather the documents requested and sent them. It wasn't until after a week later that I contacted [redacted] about the status. It was only then that I was told there was "more questions" like where I worked (despite my employer listed on my pay stub), as well as other no relevant questions. It was then I was informed that the refinance couldn't happen because the "investors would not approve it." This is not acceptable and is a misleading business practice. My career, family, and most importantly my pregnant wife require utmost attention. I was coerced into being led to believe streamlining my mortgage would occur. This is not being handled appropriately or acceptably.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: I spoke with a representative who said I was able to streamline my mortgage. I supplied the information needed, was not contacted, my wife was pressured to sign other documents, and then was told I could not streamline after I was told I could.Desired Settlement: Trident promised that I could streamline my mortgage in order for me to pay the mortgage in my wifes name at a new house. This is a very dangerous area and we only want the best for our daughter that will be born in July. Your representative promised us the ability to streamline so that Trident can benefit from our streamline and our new mortgage. We just want the best for our daughter and our safety. We were promised it and we have been misled.
