THE TROUBLE WITH INK, LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. The statements mad in the business letter we false. I am going to assume this is the husband responding to the letter in which he was not present on the day the order was submitted.Statements that are untrue are as follow:
A) The customer was told that the colors that are displayed on our walls are the colors we have available and that the artist would do his best to match the colors.- The lady that took my order NEVER once pointed out any colors to me NOR advised to me of any colors on a wall. We didn't need to look at any colors when we gave her a picture of exactly what we wanted....as stated on the receipt "SAME AS PICTURE"B) There was no mention of a background when ordering and no notes taken about it- It's clearly stated on the receipt SAME AS PICTURE, how much clearer did we need to be?C) We also offered to start over on a new mortarboard which she also refused.- Yes this is true, but it was at my own expense, not theirs. If they did the job incomplete the first time, why would I spend more money to come back and let them attempt to correct it, and then if it's still unsatisfactory, I would still be out of more money that this "small family business wouldn't have replaced. So no thank you!!!! D) This customer has also tried to cancel her credit card payment to our small family business.- Yes, this is true. I shouldn't have to pay for something that is not worth the money I was charged. And if it was their money and someone did them the same way, then they would understand where I am coming from and would fight for their hard earned money....which is the reason why they have a no refund and exchange policy. I have already put the word out on social media and to family and friends about this business and was able to take my business else where with another screen printing business who did an EXCEPTIONAL job on what my daughter wanted. My money was well spent and I came out a whole lot cheaper. FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS!!!
