My agreement was with Mrs. [redacted] because her and her helper chose the car for me. Due to the condition of my credit it was what I qualified for. But it wasn’t what I wanted. What I wanted came at a cost of $2,000 more dollars but Mrs. [redacted] told me it was a good car and would last me a long time. The truth is that after a week the problems with the car started and she told me to take the car in. I took it to them, it was the heater, it wasn’t producing hot air. Then a noise started and she told me to take it to them again for a 2nd time. They had it 5 days and then called me to tell me it was ready. When I got home the car was in the same condition and the oil service light was now activated. I then returned and called her and she told me again to bring it in and I told her that I wanted another car not that one. But she insisted that was a no and that it was a good car and wanted me to take it again so they could check it again. They had it for 4 days and then called to tell me the car was ready the problem and when I had the car once again it was doing the same thing. I then called her to tell her the car was still having the same problems and that I did not want it. She told me to take it in again. I told her that the car spent more time with them than with me and that I did not want it but she said bring it in once again. The truth is that in the time of going and coming, the first 1,000 miles were driven. Again she called me after 4 days the last time that I took it in it was ready and when I brought it home it was the same. I then called her again and she told me to take it again so they could perform a general inspection that they would take it to the [redacted] dealer. I took it and 4 days later they called me to tell me it was ready. When I returned the car was the same and I told her I did not want it. Too many problems and she told me the car was still under guarantee. To take it to a mechanic and I did take it to the [redacted] dealer, what they did not do but had told me they did. The dealer gave me the estimate for the car. I called and she told me to take the estimate so they could see it. I took it to her and she told me to leave the car so they can fix it but the warranty that she said the vehicle had did not want to cover the repairs. She then told that she would call me, that she would take care of it but she never called. The truth is that the last time the vehicle was returned to me, there was a note of which I put where the mechanic of theirs had taken it to the [redacted] Dealer left in the vehicle. What was being done is they were searching for pieces for other cars in my car and 140 more miles were added. I cannot drive the since then because the noise is even greater because it has some bad parts and I continue paying the car at 284 dollars a month in addition to the full coverage insurance. I have now received the tags for the vehicle $141 for next month. I live off of a low income. I cannot afford to fix the vehicle because the cost is of $1,600 dollars and they did not want to do anything. They never called me back that is why I called the finance company and explained to them what she told me to tell them, that when they called three days later to tell them the car had leather seats and a sunroof which was not true. She said to tell them that so I could get financing and they told me to contact you because they could not do anything and the car is just parked and I do not use it. It’s still under warranty in the miles and the time (3,000 miles and the 3 months). I am a person who is ill and this has me very depressed. I am getting sicker because of this situation. I have witnesses of what I say. I took the car to them 5 or more times.

vehicle. After agreeing on all loan terms and conditions of loan and down payment required by lender. He agreed on signing all documents. He was never told by anyone here at the truck store that he had to buy this certain vehicle. All he was told was that because of his credit issues in the past we had to use a discount finance company. We also provided the customer with a free extended warranty for 3 months or 3000 miles. As a courtesy I am attaching a copy of purchase agreement along with buyer’s guide. We gave [redacted] a 1000 miles or one month whichever comes first limited warranty on all safety items. Review: I first approached The Truck Store on [redacted] on 12/19/15 because a car they had on their lot caught my attention. After hearing from the salesmen telling me that the vehicle was a good car and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, I then decided to purchase the vehicle which was a 2008 [redacted] Acadia SLT sport for $18,510. I went ahead and also put a down payment of $6,000 to make my remainder balance as small as possible. My husband noticed there was oil leaking from the motor before we left the lot and they said they would fix it. They said they fixed the problem so we went on our way. We returned to the lot the next day to return the vehicle to get a refund after noticing that there was spots under the vehicle showing signs of oil leaking. They denied us our refund and said they would go ahead and fix the vehicle again. They told us there was no way of doing a refund, that that was not an option. Once again they said they fixed the problem. On April the 9th after several conversations with [redacted] the finance manager, about the oil leaking she told me they were going to send it to the dealership to get fixed. They said they sent the car to the dealer but the car has been at their lot this whole time. As of now they have told me nothing but lies and have robbed me a total of $13,000. I still am waiting contact from them regarding my car and I am stuck with out a car. This has really been a burden to me and my family.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back for all payments made plus a refund for items purchased such as tires, floor mats, car seat covers and for the weeks we have been with out a vehicle.

Review: My name is [redacted]. I went to the dealer that is in the included information and I paid a down payment of $2,500 dollars cash for a car. Ms. [redacted] offered me a vehicle that she chose for me. I did not choose it. She told me the car was a good vehicle and told me that since I had bad credit, I had do things the way she said so the finance company would approve me for the car. I had to say that the vehicle had leather seats and a sunroof which was not true. She also said that the car had a 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty. One month later the car started making a rare noise and I took it to them on 5 occasions so they can fix it and they told me that they had fixed it but was not true. At the end, I was told to take it to a place of my choosing I did it thinking the warranty would cover it but when I took it I was told it was not covered. She doesn’t want to do anything and the car still had a warranty. They do not want to fix, or help, or give me my money back the cost to repair the vehicle is $1,594 and I do not have the money because I am a person of low income.Desired Settlement: They gave me your reference so you people could help me. What I request is that they give me back the $2,500 dollars or pay the $1,596 to repair it. Attached are the copies of everything. Another thing the miles put on the vehicle were due to the trips back and forth to their business so the vehicle could be repaired which it wasn’t.

Review: I, [redacted], purchased a 2005 [redacted] 300 on Saturday the 7th, 2015 for $500 at The Truck Store at [redacted] in Modesto CA. I drove it home about 5:30 pm. When I got home I noticed that the vehicle was smoking underneath the hood and a lot of other things like: the front grill is dented, the CD player doesn't work, the turn signal doesn't turn off after you turn, the speaker on the driver side doesn't work, the speaker on the passenger side in the back is busted, there's an oil leak on the driver side, the key doesn't work, the carpet on the driver side is broken. Then Sunday morning I took it back on the 8th, the day after I got it, and they told me that they would fix all the problems. Later I called them and told them I didn't want the vehicle. They told me I couldn't get my $500 back. So I went to The Truck Store and talk to the finance lady. She told me they couldn't refund my money. So I left and then came back on the 17th. I talked to the manager to try and sort things out, but he told me I still couldn't get my money back. So I'm writing this letter hoping that I can get some help.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. Thank you for reading my situation. If you have any questions for me [redacted], call me at [redacted]. The information of where I purchased the car is at The Truck Store at [redacted] in Modesto CA, their number is [redacted], the fax number is [redacted]. Can you help me please? Thank you. To resolve the issue all I want is $500 back.

I,[redacted], have read the letter I got today, 3-23-15, and I feel like they did not tell the whole truth. I purchased the car on 2-7-15 and Ï took it back on 2- 8-15. I called them on 2-9-15 and I told themi did not want the car. I talked to a person, and he told me that I could not bring the car back, but I did not have the car,The Truck Store had the car. So the next day on Tuesday, 2-10-15, to try to settle it and get my money back. They told me that I can not get my money back. Also on the letter it talks about the radio, CD, and signal light, but that was not all that was wrong with it. The car was smoking, leaking oil, the grill was dented, CD player did not work, turn signal did not work, the speaker on the driver side in the back was busted, the key did not work, the speaker on the passenger in the back was busted, the carpet was tom on the driver side, and the sunviser latch on the driver side is broke. To resolve this issue I would like my money back,
