Had some latice panels installed around the lower portion of a deck and sun roomCarpenter did just a mediocre jobSeemed to be in a hurry and work product was not completed like a true carpenter's workpiece

I would never reccomend this company! Their communication skills were non existent, they were slow, they didn't listen, but they will promise you the moon until you sign the contract! The owner never even contacted us after the job was finished to see if we were satisfied!

My experience with this company was a real struggle At the completion of the project I was still left with unsightly gaps in the caulking of the master bathroom, rotten wood in windowsills had been covered up with wood putty rather than repaired so after a couple of months I saw I still had the same problem but was out of pocket hundreds of dollars in payment to this company etc

I used The trusted toolbox for a deck remodelThey were professional from start to finishWe couldn't be happier with the workmanship, quality, and professional crewThey even helped with the design, which other deck remodelers were not able to provideI highly recommend The Trusted Toolbox and would definitely use this company again for other home projects and repairs

Property Damage and Overcharge
Trusted Tookbox sent a handyman to my newly built home on Wednesday, January 25, Before he even started the job he backed over my newly sodded lawn, making a mess on the driveway and creating a rut along a small portion of the yard This was the first problem
The primary job that I hired Trusted Toolbox for was to mount a tv I had already purchased the bracket and there was already a cut-out for the electrical cord The HDMI cable was already threaded through I asked him to mount the bracket over the fireplace so that there was just 6" between the mantel and the bottom of the tv This was important because any higher would have made it too difficult an angle to watch He spent approximately half an hour mounting it and, when finished, told me it was higher than I'd asked and was that okay No, it wasn't, because it was too high for comfortable viewing He then took another half hour to lower it (Still higher than 6" but better.) My husband and I want to give the team at The Trusted Toolbox two thumbs up! Bryan, Kyle, Greg, Robert, Jeff, and Debra were instrumental in providing a great customer service experience as well as a beautiful new shower floor
Jeff came out to do the initial estimate of the workHe was professional and friendlyHe sent us our estimate within a few days and the amount he quoted us was very reasonable
Robert did an awesome job demoing the old floor and the bottom tiles that needed to come out for prepping for the new floorGreg was instrumental in making sure each step of the project was seamless and that we were happy with the progress of the projectWe are so thankful to Bryan and the diligence and work ethic he showed the entire duration of the jobThe project was scheduled for a couple of daysBut, it turned out that more time was needed to complete the jobEven though Bryan was scheduled for another project the next day, he came to our home early in the morning before the start of his new project and then after, in the evening, to finish upHe did this for several days until our job was completeWe are so appreciative of his amazing work ethicWe love, love, love our new floor! It is so incredibly beautiful! A huge shout out to Kyle for being the best helper to both Robert and Bryan and being so nice to our kiddosWe were also very impressed with Debra at the officeEach time we spoke with her about scheduling or questions we had along the way, she made sure the right person would call us backIt was so refreshing that there was excellent communication between the office and the fieldThank you to Bryan, Kyle, Greg, Robert, Jeff, and Debra for making sure our job was done solidly and beautifully!
