Review: On Thursday May **, I ordered 3 black/red TsuRags for approximately 39 dollars from tsurag.com. I ONLY received one (1) Tsurag when shipping was delivered first-class USPS mail on May **, 2013. Could you please resolve this situation through refund of money or sending my correct items purchased?? Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would either want a refund or my correct number of products sent.

On April **, 2015 I ordered a tsurag from this company. I paid about $15.00. I noticed that when I placed the order I put down the wrong ship to address on it. It was supposed to go to #3 and I put down #13. Their website didn't allow me to modify the address so I called them, texted them and emailed them letting them know that the address needed to be corrected. Months have gone by, the money has been taken out of my bank account and I still haven't heard from them. On October [redacted], I emailed them letting them know that I haven't heard from them and I would like my money refunded or the tsurag sent to me or I will be filing a complain because it seems like they are a rip off. I received an email from supposedly the CEO f Tsurag stating this issue will be resolved. I received an email later that it was going to be refunded and another one that the tsurag was going to be sent to me. At this point I still haven't heard from them or received anything.

This behavior is unacceptable and I believe they are a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the item that I paid for or a full refund and an apology.

Review: Ordered a tsurag which is a hair tie from the company. One of the stitched materials is peeling off. I have emailed the company several times as well as calling and leaving messagesDesired Settlement: New product or money back.

Review: I have been a repeat customer for a few years with the company. The product I ordered is not suitable for use. I followed every suggested form of contact regarding an exchange, as stated on the company's website. I received a phone call, which I missed, and then a text asking me to provide information I had already provided via email days before, in my initial contact. I missed the call but called back immediately but received the same voice mail again. No response after I gave them what they had asked for. A day has gone by and no word again.Desired Settlement: I'd like for the company to send me the same product, (a tsurag), in any color but, of an XXL size. I'd like for the shipping to be covered by them, and if they want the ill-fitting item they sent me, back, then they should cover the cost for that too as the customer service I received is horrendous. When I order a product from them, they expect payment in a timely manner and they have gotten that from me every single time I decided to support them as a business and their product. I expect timely service too.

Review: I order this product 13 days ago and contacted this company 3-4 times with no response on my products and was told it will take 7-10 days to get to me and its been 13 days and has yet to be shipped out its been in pre-shipment since october 5th and its now the 18th. I've called there number which is ###-###-#### I have emailed the site [redacted] Ive contacted the company on the twitter page and still no responseDesired Settlement: I would like a refund or my item with some compensation

Review: I ordered 3 items from the Tsurag Company. The items were too big, so I contacted the company. They instructed me to return the items, and they would then send me 3 items at the correct size (I still have the email from the Tsu Company). To date, I have received nothing. I have emailed them time and time again, and they no longer will reply (they have not replied since they told me to send the 3 items back). I either want the items, or I want my money back. It has now been almost 3 months since I sent the items back for exchange). I ordered 3 small Tsu rags (originally the size was Medium). At this point, this company has stollen my money.Desired Settlement: I either want my 3 Black Small Tsu Rags, or I want my money back. I am looking at getting an attorney, but this is silly. Just give me the items, or a refund. At this point, this is theft!

Review: I have ordered a tsurag. Received my shipping information. 2 weeks. Have pasted and the shipping info still shows in New York. I have emailed texted and called. No response at all. The money is taken out my account already. I just want my product.Desired Settlement: Full refund or my product.

Review: I've ordered some products from their website October **, 2013, and still have not received them. They were paid in full by money order, which their website states is one their viable methods of payment. Even with 3 weeks after I mailed the money order, I still didn't even receive any delivery confirmation. They have not replied to the email I've sent. Only when I posted on their [redacted] wall, where others could potentially see the message, did they finally decide to respond. At the that point, on November *, 2013, did they finally see the order. They claimed they they were going to send the order. It is now November **, 2013, and still no delivery, not even a tracking number. They've stopped replying to my [redacted] messages, and they will not return phone calls. Their website states that their policy is to email a USPS tracking number to the recipient, and that deliveries could take up to 10 business days. Now I assume that time period is meant for domestic deliveries, and that international deliveries will take a bit longer. Last month, however, I ordered some pants from Israel, with standard international shipping fees. They arrived in 3 weeks when they estimated 4 weeks. Am I to believe that a delivery from Yonkers, New York to Toronto, Ontario, is supposed to take this long?Desired Settlement: I've been more than patient with them and have waited long enough. I want my products delivered with first class priority shipping, or send my money back.

Review: I ordered a specific product from Tsurag and instead I was sent the wrong a different product. I contacted them to let them know of the situation and ask for a refund or exchange. They responded back and asked for my order number. I supplied them with all the information they needed to rectify the situation. I tried to reach back out to them to see if they fixed the issue but they refuse to respond even though it was their error. I've tried calling but they have dodged my call. I am out of options, they took my money and gave me the wrong item and when I ask for them to fix it, they ignore me.Desired Settlement: My refund including the shipping I had to pay to have it sent to me.

Review: I order two Tsurags from this company as of * Aug and it is now 23 Nov and still have yet to receive my products. I've sent two different emails to this failure of a company and have yet to hear anything from them. Here's my order fully paid order. I requested to have my order shipped to APO AP 96271 which is in South Korea but some how these people managed to ship my order to the United Kingdom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally unacceptable!!! I still have no type of response from them. I either want my money back or they can reship my order via express!!! I do not have my order in my possession nor am I typing on my computer while wearing the below product. I see that I am not the only person who has had an issue with this company not coming through with orders. I'd like a quick resolution well actually I'd like to see the Revdex.com put this company out of business but I'm sure that that will not happen as this is quite a small issue. Review: I order a tsurag and received conformation online. The conformation had shipping information. I am able to go to the [redacted] website to see that the shipping label was created for my order and the shipping date of April **, 2015. I have not received any other form of communication from this company as to the status of my order. When I call the number given on their website, I get a recording telling me to either leave a voice message, send a text, or to email them. I have emailed and sent text messages without a reply to either.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or the order fulfilled promptly. The amount of the order is $21.98.

Review: Placed an order on 9/** and has not received order yet. I contacted the business twice by email and once by phone with no response. Website also says the longest it could take is up to 14 business days which I've already waited and exceeded.
