Sorry this customer feels they had a bad experience however we do close at 7pm and they were not back by that time. I received a call from a local bar saying one of my customers was there and needed an employe to come back to the business Since it was past closing time it took a
little time for someone to return and pick them up Upon returning to the business the customer became irate and made my employe uncomfortable so he called me on his cell ph to ask what he should do because they were demanding a refund we do not refund customers just because they return late. However I did offer her a partial refund which she refusedShe then became irate with me over the phone and began to use foul language. At that point I disconnected the call with her
