In regards to this dispute our customer service agents process all merchandise claims via email which we require photo evidence and sku number to verify the product batch. Our agents did comply with our claim procedure & took the proper steps...

to try to resolve issue. However based on the product UPC code that customer provided we determined product was in fact shipped correctly since UPC number matches our Black Organza Fabric customer had ordered. Since UPC did match product record we cannot process any replacements. We did offer for customer to return back merchandise by following our return policy which we state that "customers are held responsible for all associated return postage and 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns." Furthermore before we could even offer further accommodation to customer such as waiving the restocking fee they responded aggressively and in a threatening manner to our agent requesting for us not to email her again. We do tolerate this kind of language and therefore we have the right to refuse service. However being a professional and reputable company we will take responsibility for this issue and provide a return label and waive the restocking fee. The FedEx return label will be emailed to customer which must be printed, taped to box and returned via FedEx Ground. Once package is received we will proceed to process refund accordingly without any restock fee.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Trust and believe you don't have to worry about me as a customer any longer. And for the record you don't even have to worry about this fabric because me shipping it back and you taking 20% is not going to do anything for me so f[redacted] off and do not email me again.

I still have not heard from the company in regards to shipping nor have I received a shipping label. I need this expedited please.
